Enlightened baby is awesome! A few months back, I placed a large order from a few states over. They confirmed stock over the phone and whatever they didn't have, they shipped to me directly from the vendor. I made a HUGE mistake and didn't realize Chrome prefilled my shipping address with an address from one of my consumer's which was saved as a pre-filled address. I use my phone daily for work. I panicked like crazy but immediately left a message and emailed Enlightened Baby that night and they got back to me the very next morning and corrected the error. Total relief and the best part was that my order was delivered within a few days. Amazing!!! Recommend 100%.

This store is absolutely INCREDIBLE for all things baby. All products are top quality, and the only store in town I know that carries my baby's formula. The first time I shopped there, Michelle helped me sift through all of the things I needed to buy for the baby we found out we would be adopting the very next day! She spent hours helping me figure out what I needed. They even let us buy their floor model glider for his nursery and its still one of the things I treasure most. They are truly wonderful people with the very best inventory!

The products are top notch quality. Love that they use local artisans for some items too. The staff is extremely helpful (especially during a pandemic). They went above and beyond with helping us purchase a booster seat. And we love the booster seat, the absolute best and mom friendly booster out there. I love knowing that this is mom owned business with products that they use for their own families.

Ok. Forget the online shopping and the 500+ hrs you are about to put in researching baby/kids stuff, stop reading reviews and enjoy this treasure of a store in Austin. I love how carefully the owner have selected their products, most of their brands are eco-friendly, high quality and their choices have simplify my life. I love everything I have got from them, from baby mattresses, car seats, carriers, strollers/wagons to cool toddler cups and undies. It reminds me of Nordic baby stores. And you will be supporting small biz all the way, moving away from mainstream is a must for our family. -A natural minded mom of 2

LOVE Enlightened Baby! I've been a fan since they opened years ago and they continue to be my go-to for thoughtfully curated gifts and eco-friendly products for mamas and babies in my life (myself included :)). Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Even after moving away from Austin, I still order from EB online!

This is my go to store to buy cute, environmentally conscious baby shower items for friends who are expecting! I send everyone here who needs any baby or little kid items. They have so many beautiful baby clothes and accessories, fun toys, and even things to support moms who've just given birth and are breastfeeding. Staff are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and so helpful! Plus, it's just such a cute shop and it's woman owned. Can't praise this place highly enough. <3
