My experience with Enlightened Baby has been fantastic. They have great products, and an amazing customer service. I made two online purchases so far and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Fast delivery too. Highly recommend it!

I have had nothing but good experiences! I heard from a friend about this store and decided to go as they had such a large selection of strollers. When my husband and I arrived we were shown the features of each stroller we were interested in and then allowed to play with each stroller for as long as we wished. Everyone was super helpful but also allowed us the time to discuss our own opinions in private. We didn't buy the stroller that day as we wanted to think a little bit longer, but we ended up placing an order online (which was super easy). While the stroller we decided on was backordered, reaching out to their customer service to know when we might expect it to arrive was also very easy and I received a reply within hours. I can't wait to keep supporting this local store throughout my child's years!

This store is our absolute favorite and we visit it almost weekly. They have lots of fun toys, cute clothes, perfect gifts and all the baby gear you could ever need. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. We love everything about this local shop!

We recently visited from out of town. We have a few baby stores in our city, but nothing like this one! Had practical items, tons of books, quality educational toys, adorable clothes, and essential baby items. I honestly want to visit Austin again just to visit this store! Would highly recommend!!

It’s all about the service for me! I had an urgent need and Catherine answered my call and my prayers! We needed a product super fast and rather than hopping in the car and driving the 150 miles round trip - into Austin - during rush hour - with an infant - Catherine suggested she could overnight our package to us. This was music to my ears. She went above and beyond by taking the package to Fed Ex directly at the end of the day to make sure it arrived today before noon. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. And now because of this level of service, I want to make a special trip to South Congress all the way from Salado, just to see this store - because it must be awesome if they have people like Catherine there!
