GENERAL USE
Soak in soothing sitzbath 1-3 times a day after delivery for up to 2 weeks. Place a handful (approximately 1/3 cup) into a quart of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain out herbs and reminaing liquid to warm water in sitzbath tub, available in most pharmacies. Less conveniently, a large bowl, or small tub, may be used instead. Do not over-dilute in full bathtub.
